Predicting the Weather

Learn how to observe nature,insects,animals,clouds etc. and predict weather. This will help to prepare and prioritize food and shelter. This course is perfect for anybody who enjoys outdoor activities.

Boaters Ocean Survival

This course has been specifically designed for Boaters. In this course we will cover surviving boating emergencies. Vessel disabled and adrift to partially submerged or capsized and lastly sunk with persons in the water. Topics will cover prevention, preparedness and survival techniques and improvisation. 

This course should be a MUST DO for any boater who spends time offshore.

Recommended  is our Boaters First Aid Course.

This is a practical hands on course and a must for all outdoors-men.

This is basically a first aid kit, from naturally grown items. Many of these were used by our forefathers and have simply been forgotten or replaced by pharmaceuticals.

Axe /Tomahawk Fighting workshop

 This is a dynamic workshop! Topics will be  covering offensive and defensive techniques and tactics as well as various forms of force on force exercises.  multiple opponent scenarios, mixed weapons attacks, and live blade cutting drills. !


The skills learned in this workshop will apply equally well to many easily found tools.  Hammers, axes, mazes, hand picks and more.

Machete Fighting Workshop

Teacher is Olivier Ellie who holds several Black Belts in different disciplines and is a Master (Met) in the Bazilik, Haitian fighting style. 


He will cover the techniques and tactics of the Haitian Martial Art form , Bazilik. As well as a history of the machete and the development of the fighting style.


Among the skills taught will be the basic techniques and tactics including the basic cuts & counters, footwork & timing, combination cuts, deceptive attacks, and more.
